Pretty awesome day. Feel much more active and happier. Couple more days and quit smoking cold turkey
Bit late, but slept alot yesterday. Seems its finally broke and i feel alot different, and better. Still abit moody but my body is adjusting. Lots of water and craving more fruits and other better stuff now, so awesome.
Exercise routine complete. no caffiene still. But man, my head is killing me due to that. Also, highly moody.
Besides exercise I have cut caffeine out so far. Figure I will work on trying to keep up a small exercise routine and let the detox affects of the caffeine wear off before I work on other diet changes.
